French Tins

Rowntree Mackintosh started making tins for France in the 1980s, though they were initially manufactured in England. Many new and uniquely French designs were created during the 1990s and into the 21st century. As well as a continental flamboyance in the designs, the French tins used a variety of unusual shapes, the embossed ‘lidded bowl’ design being particularly unusual.
